Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, submitting a booking, or using this platform, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to arrange services for the property and business you identify.
What the platform provides
The platform lets clients review services, estimate price and travel, request or schedule appointments, manage eligible bookings, maintain property details, receive media-delivery information, and view linked billing records. It is an operations and scheduling service, not accounting, legal, appraisal, surveying, or tax advice.
Bookings and service terms
A displayed price is an estimate based on the information supplied. A booking is subject to availability, service-area rules, property conditions, weather, legal flight restrictions, and any service-specific terms displayed before confirmation. The exact booking-policy revision accepted at confirmation is retained with the appointment and controls if it conflicts with a general description on this page.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, property, access, and scheduling information.
- Have authority to grant access and arrange photography or media work at the property.
- Make the property reasonably ready and safe for the selected services.
- Keep account credentials and private booking-management links confidential.
- Promptly correct information that changes and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or private management links. Notify Eric DiRosario Photography promptly if you believe access has been compromised. The platform may require password changes, revoke sessions, limit activity, or suspend access to protect clients, data, or connected services.
QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online is a separate Intuit service governed by Intuit’s terms. When connected by the owner, this platform may synchronize selected customer, invoice, payment, credit memo, and balance information for operational and billing visibility. QuickBooks connection controls are restricted to the owner, and access may be revoked from the owner console or through Intuit.
Communications and third-party services
You agree to receive transactional messages needed to operate requested services, including account verification, booking confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and delivery notices. The platform relies on independent services such as hosting, email, calendar, mapping, and accounting providers; their availability and separate terms may affect related features.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another client’s records, bypass security controls, probe or disrupt the service, submit malicious content, misuse automated access, impersonate another person, or use the platform in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the platform available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may be maintained, corrected, restricted, or changed to protect security, comply with connected-service requirements, or improve operations. Confirm time-sensitive details directly if the platform is unavailable.
Responsibility for losses
Each party remains responsible for losses caused by its own acts or omissions to the extent provided by applicable law. Eric DiRosario Photography is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by third-party outages, inaccurate information supplied by a client, unauthorized use of a client’s credentials, or events outside reasonable control.
Suspension, termination, and governing law
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including accepted booking terms, payment duties, privacy protections, and business records—survive termination. These terms are governed by Rhode Island law, without overriding rights that cannot legally be waived.
